  • 1.0 oz Peychaud's Bitters
  • 1.0 oz Sparkling Wine
  • 0.75 oz Cognac
  • 0.75 oz Verjus
  • 0.25 oz Honey
  • 1.0 each Lemon Peel

Instructions

Stir all ingredients with ice and strain into a cocktail or coupe glass
