- 1.5 oz Cognac
- 0.75 oz Domaine de Canton
- 0.5 oz Lemon Juice
- 3.0 dash Angostura Bitters
Instructions
Shake ingredients all ingredients other than sparkling wine with ice; strain into a champagne flute and top with sparkling wine.
