Ingredients

  • 2.0 oz Old Overholt Rye
  • 0.25 oz Simple Syrup
  • 2.0 dash Peychaud's Bitters
  • 1.0 dash Angostura Bitters
  • rinse Absinthe

Instructions

Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a cocktail or coupe glass
