Swiss Kiss

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Letherbee Gin
  • 0.75 oz Lemon Juice
  • 0.5 oz Génépy
  • 0.5 oz Simple Syrup
  • 0.5 oz Absinthe
  • 1.0 dash Peychaud's Bitters

Instructions

Shake all ingredients other than absinthe with ice and strain into a rocks glass over ice. Float absinthe on top.
