A sazerac version using Irish whisky and elderflower liqueur. This is a rare cocktail where the specific spirit really matters - Redbreast 12 year old or Yellow Spot are ideal.

Ingredients

  • 2.0 oz Redbreast 12 Year Old
  • 0.5 oz St. Germain
  • 1.0 dash Orange Bitters
  • 1.0 rinse Peated Scotch

Instructions

Rinse a cocktail or coupe glass with the peaty scotch. Mix the other ingredients with ice and strain into the glass.
