Ingredients

• 2.0 oz Redbreast 12 Year Old
• 0.5 oz St. Germain
• 1.0 dash Orange Bitters
• 1.0 rinse Peated Scotch

Instructions

Rinse a cocktail or coupe glass with the peaty scotch. Mix the other ingredients with ice and strain into the glass.
