Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Hamilton Demerara 86 Proof Rum
  • 1.0 oz Bourbon
  • 1.0 oz Lime Juice
  • 0.5 oz Velvet Falernum
  • 0.25 oz Allspice Dram
  • 1.0 tsp Demerara Syrup
  • 2.0 dash Angostura Bitters
  • 6.0 drop Absinthe

Instructions

Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a cocktail or coupe glass
